Terms and Conditions for Scheduling your Event
Food & Beverage Minimums
Food and drink minimums are subject to change depending on the season. This is not a room charge. The food and drink minimum will be applied to your consumption at the time of your event. Prices are subject to all local and state taxes. Your room minimum does not include tax or gratuity. Artisans Restaurant reserves the right to change room destinations to those more suitable for a group size.
Menu Details
A set menu is required for all Private Dining Events. We have suggested menus included in this packet. Substitutions or requests can be made to fit needs of individuals, such as food allergies, vegetarian options, or gluten free.
Custom Menus can be made for you by using items from our current menus. Custom Menu Items, the Artisans Chefs will gladly meet with you and create a custom menu for your event. When you would like a custom creation, please allow additional preparation time for items.
Beverages
All cocktails are charged on consumption, per drink. A $50 “Bar Set Up” fee is applied for parties larger than 30 people. Wine is charged on consumption, per bottle opened. All wine selections must be pre-determined at least 10 days before your event to ensure availability.
Due to TABC Beverage laws and regulations, Artisans Restaurant does not allow you to bring in your own alcoholic beverages of any kind into your private event
Violation of any of these policies may result in the loss of privilege of any further relationship with Artisans Restaurant.

*Security holds are taken to hold your reservation. Credit Cards will only be charged if you are not present the day of your event
Guarantees, Deposits, and Cancellation Policy
Event dates are considered firm at the time a “Private Room Agreement” is signed and deposits or security holds are made. A credit card security hold is required for parties up to 24 people. For parties of 25 or more people a 50% security deposit is required at the time the “Private Room Agreement” is signed. In the event that you must cancel, please see the timeline for the refund of your deposit.
6 months prior:
100% of deposit is refundable
3-6 months prior:
50% of deposit is refundable
Less than 3 months prior:
Deposit is NOT refundable
