Chef Michael Sanguinetti, CSC

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Texas. Chef Michael had a knack for cooking from an early age. At age Sixteen Chef Michael began his cooking career at a small Mexican restaurant in San Antonio, TX and has not looked back since! After high school Chef Michael went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. After culinary school Chef Michael had a short stint at Club Med in San Salvador Island, The Bahamas. When Chef Michael returned to Texas he assumed the position as Sous Chef at Miramont Country Club, a new High end Golf resort in Bryan Texas. After three years at Miramont, Chef Michael moved to Hawaii to become the Sous Chef at The Hula Grill in the Outrigger hotel, Hula Grill is regarded as one of the top restaurants in Hawaii and is a frequent stop for Famous Musicians and Actors. Chef Michael was presented with the opportunity to come back to Texas and Work with two of his old Mentors (Chef Jacques Fox and Chef David Denis). Chef Michael took the opportunity and will assume the role as the Executive Sous Chef at Artisans Restaurant.
